AMELIA – America First conservative and outsider businessman David J. Taylor announced Monday his campaign raised, in contributions from individuals and loans from the candidate, nearly $1.3 million in less than one month before the end of the fourth quarter of 2023. Taylor also announced a commitment to invest at least $1.5 million in his campaign for the Republican nomination in Ohio’s Second Congressional District.
“Our campaign to secure the border, reverse the disastrous Biden agenda and support President Trump as he fights to restore American greatness and prosperity continues to generate overwhelming momentum every day,” Taylor said. “Charity and I are incredibly grateful to all the supporters who have contributed, volunteered their time or offered their endorsement to our campaign.”
“As a businessman, I know what it takes to get things done and am fully committed to ensuring our campaign has every advantage needed to win,” Taylor continued. “I won’t ask others to support me in this fight without pulling my own weight. That is why I plan to invest at least $1.5 million of my own money in this campaign to elect a reliable champion for the Trump agenda in Congress.”
David Taylor has secured endorsements from the Clermont County Republican Party, State Representative Mark Johnson, Former Brown County Sheriff Dwayne Wenninger, and has overwhelming grassroots support behind him ahead of the March 19th Primary.
